Press and hold the Power key and Volume up key for 10 seconds.

Press and hold the Power key and Volume down key for 10 seconds.

When the phone is off, press and hold the Power key and Volume up key for 6 seconds it can enter Download mode.
To leave the Download mode long press the Power key and Volume up key.

4 Touch Factory data reset.
5 Touch Reset phone.
